It's important for any church to not be a one-voice church, but to be a multi-voice church. We are always discerning who God might be qualifying and calling to preach the Word, and give them opporutnities to cultivate their calling, and see what God does! We have a process in which we train others on how to successfully exposit scripture, identify the meaning and themes of a text, and faithfully communicate it in todays cultural context to people within the church and outside of the church. In the workshops we create a safe environment, in which they will be humbly and lovingly critiqued and offered feedback on how to take measures to practically improve.
